Service Description. This Site describes Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Pain Relief Massage provided by Naturally Dashi. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Naturally Dashi or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

End of Use. Naturally Dashi may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naturally Dashi's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Naturally Dashi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Naturally Dashi from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NY.

Term Changes. Naturally Dashi may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
